Every year, Special Olympics Seminole County brings in physicians to give our athletes a FREE physical screening. If your
physical is expired or will expire soon, please make sure to take advantage of this opportunity!
Please Remember:
You CANNOT train/compete in a sport without an updated Athlete Physical.
Athlete Physicals must be on our Special Olympics Forms. Athlete Physicals are good for three years.
Special Olympics Florida only accepts physicals on our forms completed by a licensed physician. We can not accept any other
documentation or physical from another agency to replace our forms. If you are getting a physical from your school, work, or
other agency, please give them our Special Olympics Physical Form to complete.
