Equestrian Holiday Party
To help our fellow Coaches/ Management Team/ Volunteers better acquaint themselves with the Equestrian sports program, The Circle H Equestrian Event Riders would like to extend an invitation to come out and meet us at our holiday party on Saturday, December the 15th at 10 AM.
The Equestrian athletes will demonstrate their riding skills and then host a luncheon BBQ. If you can make it, please bring a dish to share. Because of space/liability limitations, I can't extend the invitation to the athletes as we will have all 5 horses and riders riding simultaneously. -Coach Elise Hulme Click here for directions.

Basketball Season Has Started Basketball try-outs were on November 17, 2007. Practices will begin on December 1 at Eastmonte Park from 11-1230. CHEERLEADING Special Olympics Florida will no longer allow us to fund the cheerleading program until it becomes an “official” Special Olympics event. So the City of Altamonte Springs has thankfully taken over the program. Following the meeting, we will have a BASIC SKILL ASSESSMENT to determine what level each athlete is working on. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE FIRST PRACTICE: please contact us before the next practice so we can forward you all the paperwork/information that was covered. REMEMBER: An athlete needs to have an updated SPECIAL OLYMPICS PHYSICAL on file to participate in the assessment and throughout the season. You can still attend the informational meeting without a physical. Congratulations to the Seminole Raptors & Hawks! On February 10, 2007 our two teams competed at Patrick Air Force Base. The Raptors brought home the silver and the Hawks brought home the gold. GOOD WORK!
